Coulee Recovery Center works tirelessly to serve as a resource for those looking for assistance. We identify critical issues involving individuals and families in recovery and collaborate on making policy recommendations to various governing boards represented.

Alliance to HEAL (Halting the Effects of Addiction Locally)
Alliance to HEAL is a coordinated community response to the opioid crisis. Over 100 members of our community are working together to fill gaps in our local continuum of care for people with substance use disorders.
Mission:
Together as an alliance, we will halt the devastating effects caused by substance use; we will work locally with conviction, with unity, and with a commitment to support our
youth and adults in reducing the effects of substance use in our community.
Vision:
To stop the Opiate Crisis in La Crosse County and the deaths/devastation it causes.
Goals:
Limit the supply of opioids in our community
Raise awareness of the risk of opioid addiction
Reduce opioid-related addiction, deaths, and crime in our communities
Create a readily accessible, coordinated, systemic response that increases treatment capacity and enhances the prevention, treatment, and recovery continuum
